Rental Eligibility
A valid credit card is required for payment and security deposit.
Payment Terms
- Rental fee: $150 per day.
- Dumping fees, mileage charges beyond 30 miles, and any additional expenses will be calculated separately.
- Full payment is required upfront, including a refundable security deposit of $250.
Pickup and Drop-Off
- Pickup and drop-off times must be agreed upon at booking. Late returns are subject to a $50 per hour late fee.
- Trailer must be returned in the same condition as rented, including cleanliness.
Usage Guidelines
- Trailers are for legal and non-hazardous use only.
- Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: flammable substances, chemicals, explosives, and toxic waste.
- Maximum load capacity is [insert weight limit here]. Overloading is strictly prohibited and will result in fines or additional fees.
Liability and Damages
- Renters are fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the trailer during the rental period.
- Any damages exceeding the security deposit amount will be billed to the renter.
- Champion Dump Trailer Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage caused during trailer use.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.
Indemnification
- The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Champion Dump Trailer Rentals, its owners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the rented trailer.
Termination of Rental
- Champion Dump Trailer Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund if:
- The renter violates any terms of this agreement.
- The trailer is used for unlawful purposes.
- Misrepresentation of renter information occurs.
Governing Law
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
Agreement to Terms
